Taiwan Zhuo-Wu Coffee Farm | Coffee Cascara Tea
Cascara means husk, shell, or skin in Spanish, which is the dried coffee pulp.
After removing the coffee beans in the middle, these fruit shells and pulps will form a dried fruit texture like raisins or nut shells after being sun-dried and air-dried. It is not coffee, nor is it a simple tea. It is a kind of herbal fruit tea with various refreshing tastes.
